GovRoute checks your matches against the day's feed every morning, and when there's anything new you get one email by 7:05 AM Eastern. No news, no email that day. Below is an example of what that email looks like.

What each line is
- Agency -- the buyer named on the solicitation.
- Fit -- a plain-English label for how the work could come to you: you could bid as the prime, a subcontracting opportunity, or proposal-writing work. When the feed doesn't say clearly, the line is left off rather than guessed at.
- Due -- the deadline, with the time when the source gives one. The same deadlines appear in your calendar feed.
- Source -- where we found it: SAM.gov, the Georgia Procurement Registry, or a county website.
- Link -- that bid's own page, with the agency, county, and due date, plus a plain-language requirements sheet.
What decides whether a bid is in your email
- Your counties -- entered as they appear on bids; blank means this filter excludes nothing.
- Your NAICS code prefixes -- for example 541 or 238; blank means this filter excludes nothing.
- Your value band -- blank means this filter excludes nothing.
Your calendar feed and your daily email always show the same matched bids -- never more, never less. You can change all three settings any time from your subscriber page.
