What we collect
The information you give us when you sign up (name, business, email, and your county/NAICS/value-band filters), and, if you choose to fill one out, the business fact sheet you submit through your own account link.
What we never do
- We never act on your behalf. We do not submit anything to any agency or registry in your name. The final review and the final submission are always yours.
- We never share your business fact sheet with anyone outside VarnadoeClark, LLC.
- We never conduct outreach -- to an agency, a partner, or anyone else -- in your business's name.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The exact cancellation mechanism and any refund terms are pending attorney review and will be finalized before this service accepts payment.
