What GovRoute does
- Finds the contracts. We monitor SAM.gov, the Georgia Procurement Registry, and county bid pages every day, filtered to your counties and your NAICS codes, so you don't have to search for them yourself.
- Prepares everything. For every match, you get a plain-language requirements sheet -- deadline, submission method, bonding/insurance/licensing, e-Verify, pre-bid meetings -- and, at the Pro tier, a draft response package with a cover letter and a forms checklist.
- Gives you a full audit. Every solicitation we found and everything we prepared is recorded for your own records, so you have complete transparency into the work done on your behalf.
