GovRoute is a bid alert service for Georgia contractors. Every morning GovRoute reads public bid sources for Georgia: the Georgia Procurement Registry, SAM.gov (Georgia) and a growing list of county and city bid pages. Contractors who subscribe pick their counties and trades, and get the new matching bids in one email, on mornings with a match.

A town pays nothing, installs nothing and needs no account for its public bids to reach those contractors. Each bid we show links back to your original listing, where your documents and instructions stay.

A vendor who wants to sell to your town can start with the official registration steps on Get bid-ready in Georgia.

What GovRoute reads

The Georgia Procurement Registry. Georgia law requires a county, a city or a local school board to advertise a bid or proposal for goods or services valued at $100,000 or more, and public works construction bids covered by Chapter 91, on the registry, at no cost to the local government (O.C.G.A. 36-80-27, as amended by HB 322 in 2019; read the bill text). GovRoute reads the registry every morning, so bids posted there are already in what we read.

Your own bids page. Many towns post bids on their own website too. GovRoute reads a growing list of county and city bid pages.

If we do not read your bids page yet

Send the link to your bids page to hello@govroute.co and we will look at adding it. We read each page before we add it, so we cannot promise a date.

What GovRoute does not do

GovRoute does not replace the registry or your own bids page. Keep posting where you post today; we read what is already public. GovRoute isn't affiliated with the State of Georgia or with any county or city.
