Not in any plan
We never set your price or sign for you; we don’t prepare Department of Defense or U.S. Coast Guard bids; we only prepare a bid that passes our checks (readable agency documents, enough time, priced work, and not already taken by another customer); and drafts and packages need your company facts.

What each plan includes
Free, no account
- Bid pages, hosted agency documents, maps, agency pages, guides (some also in Spanish)
Silver
What you get:
- A morning email of new bids in your trades and counties, only on mornings with a match, and a calendar feed of their deadlines.
- An alert when an agency changes a bid you’re watching.
- A fit note on each bid: how far it is from the counties you picked.
- A weekly shortlist email, if you turn it on: up to 8 open bids that match your trades and counties.
Gold
Everything in Silver, plus:
- For each bid you open that we can prepare (see “Which bids we prepare”): a one-page requirements sheet, a draft proposal, a cover letter and a forms checklist, ready to work from. No monthly limit.
- Exactly what each addendum changed.
- Draft questions to send the agency before its question deadline (you send them).
Platinum
Everything in Gold, plus:
- 3 complete bid packages a month, prepared by us and approved by an expert before delivery. Each extra one is $149. See “Bid packages” below.
Paying, changing and cancelling
The price is shown before you pay and is the price charged.
- Renewal
- By choosing a plan, you agree that we charge your card the plan’s price at the start of each month, in advance, until you cancel. Your receipt shows the next charge date.
- Changing plans
- You can move between Silver and Gold in your account. Moving up to Gold starts at once: we charge the difference for the rest of your current month right away, shown before you confirm, and your billing date stays the same. Moving down to Silver starts at the end of the period you’ve paid for; you keep Gold until then, and nothing is refunded. To move to or from Platinum, write to hello@govroute.co.
- Cancelling
- You cancel inside your account, at govroute.co/account/plan: choose Cancel plan. You never have to go anywhere else to cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not refund the unused part of a month you have paid for. When it ends, your account stays open as a free Bronze account, with your saved bids.
- First-charge refund
- If you ask within 7 days of your first plan charge, we refund that first charge in full; this applies to Platinum too. If you were charged in error or charged twice, for anything, contact us at hello@govroute.co within 30 days and we refund that charge in full.
- Sales tax
- Checkout shows any sales tax we charge before you pay.
- Price changes
- If we change a price, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
No plan needed
One bid package

Bid drafting and the $199 bid package cover only the bids whose pages offer them.

If we can’t finish it in time, we refund the full $199. You don’t have to ask.
We also answer your questions about that bid by email, plus one 20-minute call on request, until the bid is due.

What each one is
- Requirements sheet
- What the bid asks for, in our words, with page references and only short quotes from its documents.
- Forms and cover letter
- A draft proposal and cover letter, written from your company facts, with blanks for anything they lack and for your signature.
- You provide
- Your signature, any notary’s stamp, and the bid bond itself.
- Never
- We never sign for you or use your login.
- Not included
- Protests, estimating, and legal, tax or insurance advice.
- Not prepared
- Department of Defense and Coast Guard bids.
The bid is yours, in your company’s name. You set your price and sign. The agency’s rules decide the rest.

Before you choose.
What is the difference between Silver and Gold?
Silver finds the bids and keeps their deadlines in front of you. Gold adds two things for a matched bid you open: a one-page sheet of what the agency requires, and a draft to work from. The sheet is built from the documents the agency posts, so for a long solicitation, check the full documents for anything the sheet marks as missing.
Is there a free account?
Yes. A free Bronze account, no card: save bids and see their deadlines on a calendar in your account. Bid emails, matched bids, drafts and packages come with Silver, Gold and Platinum. Silver, Gold and Platinum are paid from the first day. To try our bid preparation, buy one bid package for $199.
What if my package is late?
Ready for your review in 5 business days, counted from when we have your order, your company facts and the bid’s documents. If we can’t deliver by then, we refund the full $199. You don’t have to ask.
