We find the public solicitations that fit your business and email you the new ones on mornings with a match. On Gold, any matched bid you open from the Georgia Procurement Registry, except Department of Defense bids, gets a one-page requirements sheet and a draft response package to start from. You check the bid documents, complete what is missing, and make the submission yourself.
Who this page is for
Georgia contractors in the construction trades that bid public work.
You set your own counties and your own NAICS code prefixes at sign-up—for example 238 for specialty trade contractors—along with a contract value range if you want one. Leave any of those blank and that filter excludes nothing.
What GovRoute does for a contractor
- Finds the contracts. We check the Georgia Procurement Registry, SAM.gov (Georgia) and a growing list of county and city bid pages, every day, filtered to your counties and your work.
- Pulls out the items that decide whether you can bid. On Gold, any matched bid you open from the Georgia Procurement Registry, except Department of Defense bids, gets a plain-language requirements sheet—deadline, submission method, bonding, insurance and licensing, e-Verify, pre-bid meetings—page-cited where the documents state them, and marked where they don't. The sheet is built from the first pages of the documents the agency posts, so for a long solicitation check the full documents for anything the sheet marks as missing. If the agency posts only a listing, you get a shorter sheet from the listing, and the sheet says so.
- Puts the deadlines on your calendar. Your calendar feed is a live feed of the due dates for your matched bids; on Gold it adds the pre-bid meetings and question deadlines from each requirements sheet.
- Shows what closed. On every plan, a bid page lists up to five recent award notices for similar work when we have them. Federal notices name the winner and amount; Georgia registry notices don't publish either.
